NORTH LONDON WEDDING

Nic and Ben wanted a traditional North London Wedding, so chose a black cab and Routemaster Bus as their wedding transport and had their reception in a stylish London pub. Nic and Ben got married in the iconic Old Marylebone Town Hall, which was a first for me as a Hertfordshire based wedding photographer, so I relished the change of scenery and wedding style.

A RELAXING MORNING GETTING READY WITH THE GIRLS

Nic and her bridesmaids enjoyed a relaxing morning of pampering at home before riding across London in a Black Cab to Old Marylebone Town Hall.

STYLISH WEDDING CEREMONY IN OLD MARYLEBONE TOWN HALL

Nic and Ben joined the ranks of celebs such as Sir Paul McCartney and Liam Gallagher when they married in the trendy London registry office at Old Marylebone Town Hall. The marble and oak interior is super stylish and the place is run with military precision. Nic and Ben chose the magnificent Westminster Room for their beautiful ceremony.

AN EVENTFUL LONDON BUS RIDE BACK TO STOKE NEWINGTON

A PROPER LONDON PUB KNEES UP AT THE LONDESBOROUGH FOR NIC AND BEN'S RELAXED WEDDING RECEPTION

The Londesborough pub in Stoke Newington was decorated with paper lanterns and bunting and looked very festive for the relaxed dinner and speeches. There were bubbles on the table for the children (and adults!) to enjoy.

Nic and Ben managed to grab a few minutes to themselves sneaking off for a quick walk around the neighbourhood. we even managed to find some yellow doors to match their colour scheme!

A perfect end to a perfect day.

DETAILS

Nic and Ben's darling baby daughter Thea would have been a flower girl at the wedding but tragically passed away earlier in the year. They wanted to make sure she was still very much a part of their day so had photographs and her special teddy, as well as incorporating her in the table names.

They chose yellow sunflowers as their theme, while the bridesmaids wore colourful pink dresses and had flowers to match.
