All of my wedding photography packages include the following as standard:
Me:
Fully insured (public liability and professional indemnity) and backed up (spare cameras and memory cards with me in case something breaks) along with my unique style and experience.
Consultations
I have no rules about the number of consultations I have with clients, but usually we will have an initial consultation where we get to know one another. I’ll ask questions about your wedding day, and you will have the opportunity to ask me anything you wish. This can be in person or by zoom.
I also schedule a final consultation usually within 1 month of the wedding. This is a full run through of the whole day so I know exactly what is happening. I’ll find out who’s who, all the important relationships, and all the little details that make your wedding important to you. Again, this can be in person or by zoom.
You can also email or WhatsApp me any questions you may have about the whole wedding planning process at any time – most of my clients haven’t been married before, so I’m happy to offer advice and assistance.
High quality edited images
I put a lot of thought into selecting the best photos to give you a full memory of the day. I guarantee at least 400 photos from a full day, but if lots happens, and there are a lot of guests I often select more. Then I individually process every photo. This is colour correction, straightening and cropping, removing distractions, and using subtle editing to focus on the subject of the image. I aim to create photos that will not age as new editing styles becomes popular.
An online gallery
All your photos will be uploaded to a downloadable online gallery within 4-6 weeks (though I will always try and provide a few sneak peeks within 48 hours). You can share the gallery with anyone you wish. They will be able to download web sized photos for free, or order prints if they wish.
MICRO AND MIDWEEK WEDDINGS
Prices quoted above are for Friday, Saturday and Sunday dates.
Discounts are available for smaller weddings outside peak season and for midweek dates. Please enquire for a bespoke package tailored to you.
WEDDING ALBUMS AND FINE ART PRINTS
A wedding album is the best way to tell your love story. A perfect ending to your special day that you worked so hard to create. I can curate a design that flows just how the day went so you can be transported to your favourite memory whenever you like.
Album prices start from £200.
You can also order fine art prints and wall art to display your day beautifully.

I'm Sarah, the Photographer behind Purple Kite Photography. I'm based in Hertford, Hertfordshire, but happy to travel further afield for your wedding!
Your wedding day is all about you so I work around your plans, capturing moments as they happen, offering a relaxed and natural style, capturing authentic emotions whilst blending into the background. And I won't be taking you away from your guests for hours to take endless gimicky posed shots.
I always meet the couple in advance of the wedding day if possible. Remember, your photographer will be shadowing you throughout the day, often from early in the morning whilst getting ready, so it's vital that you get on well!
