A CLASSIC SIMPLE WEDDING FULL OF FUN AND LAUGHTER -

PHOTOGRAPHING THIS BEAUTIFUL WEDDING WITH THE STUNNING BACKDROP OF AN AUTUMNAL FANHAMS HALL IN HERTFORDSHIRE WAS SUCH A JOY.

The stunning Fanhams Hall, just outside Ware in Hertfordshire, was an obvious Wedding venue choice for Cathryn and Jonathan, as they live only a short walk away! They wanted to use local suppliers for the main elements of their Wedding, so chose Jane Maples in Hertford to create the stunning yellow themed floral arrangements, Messages in Hertford supplied balloons to decorate the room and Chapter 79 in Hertford supplied their rings. and of course I was honoured to be chosen as their local Wedding photographer too!

WEDDING CEREMONY IN THE BEAUTIFUL OAK ROOM AT FANHAMS HALL, HERTFORDSHIRE

The ceremony was a joyful celebration of their love in the beautiful Oak Room at Fanhams Hall, and was a very personal affair including readings from two family members. It was a ceremony full of every emotion and we all had a good laugh when the celebrant announced the new Mr and Mrs with Cathryn's maiden name by mistake!

WEDDING PORTRAITS IN THE IMPRESSIVE GROUNDS AT FANHAMS HALL, A BIT OF DANCING AND LOTS OF AUTUMN COLOUR.

The grounds at Fanhams Hall are an autumnal jewel of Hertfordshire and created a stunning backdrop for the wedding portraits, with lots of little corners to explore. It was a gorgeous time of year to make the most of the stunning foliage and we just had to test the fringing on Cathryn's dress with a few twirls by the pond.

Back inside, the chequered tiled floor lent some drama to the dancing - especially coupled with more twirling to show off the fabulous fringing on Cathryn's dress. These photos perfectly sum up the atmosphere of the day - full of love and laughter. Congratulations again to Cathryn and Jonathan and thank you again for asking me to photograph your wonderful day.
