MAYFLOWER PLACE CELEBRATE GETTING A WEDDING LICENCE WITH A BEAUTIFUL AUTUMN STYLED SHOOT TO SHOWCASE THEIR VENUE

Hidden gem, Mayflower Place is a stunning Grade II listed hall located just outside Hertford, tucked away in the village of Hertingfordbury. Already established as a beautiful venue for wedding receptions and events, it has been recently licenced for wedding ceremonies in the grand oak-panelled hall, or overlooking the sweeping Hertfordshire countryside. I was thrilled to be asked to take some photos to showcase this beautiful venue, along with real Bride and Groom, Shelley and Neil.

I love being able to document the raw emotions and excitement of a wedding day and take pride in delivering stunning images that my couples will cherish for a lifetime.

I create a calm and relaxed atmosphere for my clients, ensuring that they feel at ease and enjoy every moment of their day.

Although I'm based in Hertford, I'm not just a Hertfordshire Wedding Photographer. I can travel all over the UK (and beyond) for your Wedding.

REAL BRIDE AND GROOM RETURN TO THEIR WEDDING RECEPTION VENUE FOR SOME STUNNING WEDDING PORTRAITS

Shelley and Neil had their wedding reception at Mayflower Place a year ago, but at the time budget didn't stretch to a professional photographer, so when I was approached by Vicky at Mayflower Place to put together a styled shoot to promote their new wedding licence, I immediately though of them. They were thrilled to be able to put their wedding outfits back on a year later and enjoy some wedding portraits together to mark their anniversary. Their love still radiates from all of the images!

Mayflower Place now boasts beautiful rooms for the bridal party to get ready in. There is a large, bright living room area, as well as a bathroom, bedroom and kitchenette providing a perfect space to get wedding ready. There is loads of natural light, making it a make-up artist's dream.

Dress it Yourself decorated the hall in rich autumnal red and orange tones, with masses of twinkling candles, using a combination of artificial flowers, natural wood, pumpkins and pinecones for a cosy, earthy vibe.

Local celebrant Erishia, Your Forever After Celebrant, came along to perform the 'ceremony', with personalised vows, and the ancient tradition of 'tying the knot'.
